How we handle your information

The request form asks for your name, phone number, town or city, and a description of the job. Email and photos are optional. We also record the page you sent the request from so we know which part of the site you used.

If you call or text (617) 206-0828, we see the number you use and whatever you tell us about the work.

We use this information to:

• Follow up about your request by phone or text
• Email a copy of the request to our business inbox, including photos you attach
• Send a short confirmation email if you choose to leave an email address
• Decide whether the job is a fit for the work we do

We do not sell your information, use it for ads, or build mailing lists from the form.

This website is hosted on Vercel. Form submissions are sent by email through Resend. We do not store requests in a database on the site. Copies live in email (and in phone or text history if we follow up that way), the same as any small business correspondence.

Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights run on the site so we can see traffic and page performance. They are not used for advertising. We do not use Google Analytics.

The site does not use advertising cookies or a marketing pixel. Analytics and performance tools from Vercel may collect anonymous usage information about visits. Submitting the form is the only way we receive your name, phone, town, job details, or photos.

We keep request details as long as we need them to follow up, schedule, or complete the work, and as long as ordinary business records require. There is no customer portal here to edit a submission after you send it.

Email and photos are optional. You can call or text instead of using the form. If you want us to stop contacting you about a request, or you want us to delete information we have from the website, call or text us and say so. We still may need to keep a record if we already did work for you or if the law requires it.

This site is for homeowners requesting home repairs and related work. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If this page changes, we will update the date above. The current version will always be on this page.
